작은 마을의 도서관 사서 A는 책 한 권이라도 더 사람들 곁에 남기려 애쓴다. 그러다 누군가의 삶을 무너뜨릴 수 있는 비밀 자료들을 물려받고, 지식을 지키던 사람은 어느 순간 누가 무엇을 알아도 되는지 직접 가르기 시작한다.
