적임자

정직한 인재 추천으로 이름을 얻은 A. 회사를 살리려고 딱 한 번 가짜 경력을 덮어 주지만, 그 거짓말이 성과를 내자 또 다른 거짓말을 하게 된다. 결국 그녀를 성공하게 만든 원칙은 조금씩 팔려 나간다.

A는 회사에서 가장 실적이 좋은 채용 컨설턴트다.

그녀가 믿는 기준은 분명하다.

맞지 않는 사람은 절대 추천하지 않는다.

쉽게 벌 수 있는 수수료도 원칙에 어긋나면 포기한다.

그래서 A의 평판은 곧 그녀의 가치다.

그런데 회사 사정이 급격히 나빠진다.

그때 대형 고객사가 모두를 살릴 만한 계약을 내걸고, 불가능에 가까운 자리를 가장 먼저 채우는 쪽에 일을 맡기겠다고 한다.

A는 B를 찾아낸다.

서류상으로도 완벽하고, 만나 보면 사람도 좋다.

A는 이긴다.

그리고 자신이 그토록 거부하던 사람이 된다.
